Thanks for taking the time to meet: Here's some quick notes on the program I thought pertinent to share with everyone. I'm in a hotel in Bowling Green, KY this morning so I had this uploaded. I apologize for the rudimentary style, but I think it will give you a good indication of what we can accomplish together.

How we can help:
Payor's typically prefer a fully deployed population based screening program. Hospitals and labs prefer doing the results in house, so they can capture reimbursement. We can customize a program that suits each client.
Here is an example of the kit contents the customer receives:
English/Spanish instructions come standard, along with the sodium azide tube, and fecal collection paper which is probably standard from all manufacturers.
Prepaid envelopes for internal processing (by us) and processing by a lab using their BRM permit for payment
And here is what the patient receives from us.
Since we discussed a payor level CRC screening program, I wanted to take the time to show you the level of customization we get down to. The shipping box has the payors logo - which they always love. Usually, a blurb about "XYZ HMO cares about you, here's a colon cancer screening test."
The turn around time for us to complete 500,000 kited boxes, would be roughly seven days from receiving approved artwork
